Would love your full review of notebooks/sketchbooks you’ve tried. I think mine are Pentalic brand ones. I’ve had big ones that were satisfying and my little pocket one I like. Loose leaf only ok if I can slot them in a portfolio or binder of sorts. I’m
Currently in the process of getting my child’s art together that way. I want to remember when he made them and how old he was!
Ahhh that's a great idea to keep your kid's stuff, you are making a nice memento :3
A portfolio or binder is a must, thank goodness for those clear insert sheets too.
A full review of sketchbooks/notebooks I've would be.... very extensive XD I like the idea, would be good for my future self too so I don't fall for buying things I didn't vibe with and forgot about hahaha!
You’ll have to link me the strathmore ones you like - Canson are very appealing with their huge page amount and cheap price :p the coilbound canson right?
I think a lot of what I have in Canson came in a gluebound pad... That I peeled apart in a couple of nights when I was feeling "productively destructive." The Strathmore ones were all coil bound (but perforated)

Oh boy, IF ONLY they made pickle jars big enough to fully dunk into. 😆
Kiddie pool full of pickle juice
I'm hooked on Strathmore sketchbooks and papers, though I have cheated on them with Canon 🤭
