a week of errands & resting

Hello all and happy Friday once again!

I don’t have much to dish about this week, I took it slow and did lots of studies, scheming, and errands that got too in the way to ignore any longer.

I dug out a previously abandoned larger sketchbook and have started messing around in it. I am planning a mild reorganization/table placement in my art corner- thankfully I can frankenstein all the bits I need to achieve my Vision so no shopping needed.

I cam across an interesting middle-of-the-week ‘Tool Sale’ sign, and even though there were a few serious seconds where I definitely expected to be kidnapped and murdered, it turned out to be sort of a small scale estate sale that was dominantly tools and other household bits. I made off like a bandit with three Robert Bateman prints beautifully framed ($25 for all 3!!!), a like new but vintage Sony 5 disc cd player, a bunch of assorted tools and some wire rack shelving I got for free (hell yeah). Also had to go to the dentist, send some packages, go to the library…. those kinds of things :p
